What happens if no one is present at the time of flower delivery?

We have designed efficient delivery practices and we try our level best to ensure that the flower delivery reaches the recipient on time and as preferred by the sender. However, there may be certain occasional chances, where despite our efforts, the delivery fails to reach the recipient. This may be due to the fact that the recipient is not present at home at the time of the delivery.
As a standard operating procedure, if the recipient is not present at the time of the delivery, the flower delivery is left with a neighbour. If that is also not possible, then we leave the delivery in a secure location. In case we are unable to do both, we leave a card at the recipient’s door notifying them of the delivery attempt. Upon failure of making a delivery as per our standard delivery practices, we will contact you for notification as well. Delivery is usually attempted again the following day, but this may not always be the case.
