The ModeFlowers.com team tries its level best to provide you with the best flower delivery options available online. Our delivery policies include the following:
Please ensure that the delivery address information is complete and accurate. We will send you a confirmatory summary after you place the order, please double check it for accuracy. ModeFlowers.com is normally open for business Monday- Saturday, we are normally closed for business on Sundays and other public holidays. However, in case of special occasions like Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day falling on a public holiday, we do make deliveries. If a special delivery is required on a Sunday/Public holiday, please contact our customer support for prior arrangement, we will try our best to help. Such deliveries will be dealt with on a per order basis.
In order to avail our Free Flower Delivery Service, the minimum order value must be of £24.99.
Our normal delivery times range from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
We cannot make deliveries to freepost or P.O. Box addresses.
We are glad to assist you in deliveries to non-residential and special locations like hotels, offices, ships, hospitals, funeral parlours and holiday parks. In case of flower delivery to funeral parlours, please provide the name of the deceased and the name and contact number of the funeral director to ensure on time delivery.
