Order Confirmation Problem

I've not received order confirmation, what do I do?

ModeFlowers.com takes your satisfaction very seriously. We send you a confirmation email once we hear from our delivery partners that the order has been delivered successfully.

If you haven't received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder first. Sometimes the notification gets filtered as spam.

In some cases when a direct delivery is not possible (e.g., in the absence of the recipient) we might have to leave the order with a neighbour or at an alternate address. We always leave a note/leaflet at the recipient’s address to inform them that a delivery attempt has been made.

In the rare event that you don’t receive an order confirmation, please call us at our toll free number where our friendly customer representative is waiting to assist you.

If the order is returned, we will try reattempting the delivery at a later date and do everything possible to rectify the problem. In the worse case scenario where a delivery cannot be made due to our fault, we will offer a refund as per our policies.
