Will I get confirmation of my order?

Yes. We have a standard method of updating the customer about the order. Once you have placed an order with ModeFlowers.com, you will see a confirmation page on the site, notifying that the order placement was successful.

We will also send you a notification via email that will have the details of your order as well. Please read this email carefully to confirm that the details are correct. Secondly, save this email for future reference if you need to ask any questions regarding this order, as this email contains your order number.

If by any chance you lose this email and still need information about your order, then please log in to your account at ModeFlowers.com and from the dashboard please click “Order History”. Here you will be able to see a list of all the orders that you have placed in the past. Please refer to the required order and copy the order number for reference.

Once your order has been successfully delivered, and we receive confirmation from our delivery partners, we will again notify you via email of the successful delivery of your order.

If you have configured your General settings to receive sms confirmations of order processing, then you will also be notified about the delivery via sms. This service is free of charge. If you need to make changes to these settings, you can easily do so using the form supplied here.
