I need to change my order, what am I allowed to change?

At ModeFlowers.com, we have designed our business flow to be as customer friendly as possible. We understand the fact that sometimes changes in plan may occur and you may need to make changes to your order details.

Our policy in this regard is to be as flexible and helpful for the customer as possible. Once you have placed your order you are allowed to make certain changes to the order as long as it has not entered into a processing state. You can change order details like the delivery address and the time of delivery. If in case you have entered an incorrect address or the recipient’s location has changed, you can change the delivery address details of your order. Please bear in mind that we need to be informed in due time in order to carry out these changes. If the order has progressed too far in the dispatch change we may not be able to help you. So make sure to notify us as soon as possible.

We also allow changes to the delivery instructions and the gift message. Again, these changes can only be implemented if you notify us well within time.

If you call us well within time, we may be able to assist you in adding a vase, balloon or any other extra item of your choice to the order.

ModeFlowers.com’s policy on amendments implies that changes are to be notified no later than 12 pm, noon, on the day before the originally requested delivery date. In case of Same Day Flower Delivery, or orders placed after 12 pm noon for next business day flower delivery, please call us straight away to request any amendments.

In case the above-mentioned deadline has passed and you need to make an amendment, please call our friendly customer service representatives for further assistance. Whilst we shall try our level best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee an amendment at such short notice if the order has already been processed and sent off for delivery.
