Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?
At ModeFlowers.com, we try our level best to suit your needs and resolve any problem/issue that may occasionally arise. If you change your mind, or don’t require the flowers anymore and wish to cancel your order, you are free to do so until it goes into a processing state.
In some cases the customer may accidentally order twice. In this case as well you can get the duplicate order cancelled by calling our toll free number, 0800 954 1925. Our friendly customer support reps are waiting to taking your call. Once you call us with your problem, our staff will work with you and try their level best to resolve your problem.
Please make sure you call well within time to cancel your order. Calling early will mean greater chances that your order has not yet gone into processing and something can be done for you.
Our time limits tend to get tighter for busy periods like Mother’s Day, Christmas and Valentine’s Day. So if you have ordered Mothers Day Flowers, Christmas Flowers, Christmas Wreaths or Valentine Flowers, then you will have to call us ASAP to get the order cancelled or amended.
Once in processing you will need to call us and whilst we try our level best to accommodate your request, please do understand that cancellation after an order enters into processing can get tricky. Such cancellations will be carried out occasionally at our discretion.
In case of a cancelled order, ModeFlowers.com follows a strict 30-day time limit for processing refund requests. This 30-day time limit starts from the date of taking an order from the customer.
