I've placed an order, can I amend it?

At ModeFlowers.com, your satisfaction and happiness is very important for us. Once you have placed an order you are allowed to amend it before it goes into the processing state. Amendments can include changes in delivery address or time.

To amend your order you will need to contact us as soon as possible via email or our toll free telephone number, 0800 954 1925. Our friendly customer care representatives are waiting to take your call and will try their level best to assist you as best as they can.

Please do keep in mind that we will require sufficient time to make those changes to your order, in this regard please inform us before 12 pm, noon, on the day before the originally requested delivery date. In case of Same Day Flower Delivery, or orders placed after 12 pm noon for next business day flower delivery, please call us straight away to request any amendments.

Please remember that whilst we will try our level best to accommodate your amendment requests, we might be unable to help you if the order has progressed too far in our dispatch chain.

Moreover, we have different policies for amendments during busy periods like Christmas Holidays, Valentines Day and Mothers Day. Any amendment request for orders placed during these times must reach us two business days (48 hours) before the delivery date. We cannot guarantee amendments requested later than this deadline, even though we will try our best to accommodate your request. You can always call our friendly customer care reps for assistance in this regard.
