Flowers Were Not What We Ordered
The flowers arrived but they were not what we ordered.

If the flowers that arrived were different from what you had ordered, there may be two reasons for it:
1) The flowers may differ due to product substitution. As flowers are seasonal products, their availability can and does vary with season. In some rare cases, due to unavailability of a certain product, ModeFlowers.com reserves the right to substitute that product with a similar product of equal or greater value.
2) Human error may also be the cause of this problem. Whilst we pride ourselves for our efficiency and superior service, human errors are unavoidable. And occasionally even our best reps may make a mistake.
In the rare case the delivery has gone wrong due to our fault, or if you are not happy with the substituted product, we will offer a re-delivery or refund as per our policies.
