Delivery To Wrong Address

The flowers I ordered were delivered to the wrong address.

At ModeFlowers.com, we try to maintain the best standards in terms of business flow. We have a state of the art site, and we are technologically equipped with the latest trends in the market to ensure an efficient, error free floral service.

Having said that, on rare occasions, errors can and do occur. If your flowers get delivered to the wrong address, please call our friendly customer service reps to resolve the issue.

If the flowers do not get delivered to the required address, please rule out the following scenarios:

1) Please double check your confirmatory email to make sure the delivery address was entered correctly and completely, the postcode is valid and that the recipient’s full name is spelled correctly.

2) If the flower delivery was ordered for a hospital or nursing home, kindly ensure that the patient has not been moved since the order was placed.

3) In some cases, the recipient may not be present at the delivery address at the time of delivery; in this case our standard policy is to leave the delivery with a neighbour. If that is also not possible then we try to leave the flower delivery in a secure place. Please confirm with your neighbours if they have received a delivery on your behalf.

In the rare event that none of the above is true, and the delivery has gone totally wrong, we will arrange a re-delivery or offer a refund.
