Delivery Notification But No Flowers Arrive

I've been notified my order has been delivered, but no flowers arrived.

Rest assured, your flowers will reach their destination. If you have received a notification and yet your flowers have not arrived, then there will be a perfectly valid reason for it.

First of all please double check the invoice email to confirm that the details you had entered into the site were correct. Please check recipient’s full name, the delivery address details and postcode in this regard.

If you find these details to be correct, then please call our friendly customer service representatives who will assist you in this regard.

While making flower deliveries to UK, we occasionally come across such a situation where a delivery to the notified address/person is not possible. For example, when the recipient is not present at the provided address, we are forced to leave the delivery with a neighbour. If that is not possible, the delivery is left in a secure place. In the rare event that both the above-mentioned options are not available, we will leave a card at the delivery address, notifying that a delivery attempt was made. Upon failure of making a delivery as per our standard delivery practices, we will contact you for notification as well. Delivery is usually attempted again the following day, but this may not always be the case.

So please check with your neighbours to see if the flower delivery is with them. If the delivery address was of a hospital/nursing home, please confirm if the patient has been moved since the order was placed.

Kindly notify us as soon as you receive the notification so that we can track the order and confirm with our delivery partners as to where the delivery was made or alternately why the flowers haven’t reach the recipient.

We will do everything in our power to ensure an on time delivery that matches the customer’s instructions. In the rare event that some problem arises, we will make sure that it is resolved.
